The system has tools that assist in the operation and allows you to support the guest in case of doubts when trying to connect on Wi-Fi.
We offer two tips for immediate support and a third alternative if difficulties persist:
First:
1. Login with your e-mail and password
2. On the left side of your menu, click in Hospitality
3. Click in Mosaic
4. Select the guest room
5. Click Generate password
6. Inform the password to the guest
Second:
1. Login with your e-mail and password
2. On the left side of your menu, click in Hospitality
3. Click in Login Report
4. See the displayed error. Often the guest uses the non-corresponding surname to login. Enter the correct name.
Third:
