First check if the zip code request is active in your hotspot:
1. Login with your e-mail and password
2. On the left side of your menu, click in Register
3. Click Hotspot> Hotspot
4. Click in the Edit icon next to the desired hotspot
5. Scroll down and select zip code as the required field for registration
6. Click in the green Save button
After this registration wait for the connection of some users to consult the source map:
1. Login whit your e-mail and password
2. On the left side of your menu, click in Analytics
3. Click Map
