NEW FEATURES (ZOOX PASS HOSPITALITY):

  • Imediate and automatic exportation of the Guest Form when it is filled by the guest in the check-in date that was registered in the reservation, avoiding the need of action from the reception to manually import the forms in the case of guests in the reception that have already filled the Guest Form in their arrival at the hotel by accessing the Portal through the QR Code available in the reception, for example;
  • Created a new route to implement the feature SocketIO, allowing the notification and update to the frontend in the case of release of a new version (automatic update of the front in the access of users when the new version is made available, avoiding cache problems);
  • Implemented a new connection monitoring report for integrations with direct access to the PMS database (integral part of the Event Watch);
  • Available a new report with the guests who opted-in to communicate with the Hotel via WhatsApp;
  • Included the submission of the Guest Form signature, along with the documents for the integration through the ACCOR Middleware;
  • Implemented the possibility of configuring templates and sending after check-out emails to the all base guests who have a valid email, even if They have not filled out the Guest Form through the Portal;
  • Implemented the export queue for all system reports, reducing the risk of performance loss on the platform. The user requests the report and the system notifies him as soon as it is available for download;
  • Implemented a message delivery signaling in the SMS sending analytical report;
  • Implemented alert in the Portal in case the main guest informs the same emails or cell phones for the accompanying guests;
  • Implemented the possibility of using the Guest Control access route for direct access to the check-out flow, allowing integration with the Hotel’s native applications to access the Central Pay check-out flow;

RESTRICTED TO PMS CMNET/TOTVS USERS

  • New deployment control functionality, preventing a debit or credit account registered in any of the payment flows from being delete dor altered if it is linked to any of the foreseen flows;
  • Correction of the presentation of Additional Data Fields in the Totem front end;
  • Implemented treatment of the deadline for canceling operations via Central Pay, according to the deadline established by each acquirer;
  • Implemented a new functionality that allows the automatic cancellation of the charges generated for the payment of the check-out flow in Central Pay, if the guest, for some reason, chooses to restart the process at another time.
