NEW FEATURES (ZOOX PASS HOSPITALITY):
- Integration with the eSolution PMS to the pre check-in flow in the Zoox Pass Hospitality [ In the approval phase in a pilot project in a production enviornment ];
- Integration with the NewHotel PMS to the pre check-in flow in the Zoox Pass Hospitality [ In the approval phase in a pilot project in a production enviornment ];
- Possibility to parameterize the search methods of the reservation used by the Hotel in the Portal. The parameterization allows the enabling and/or disabling of the available search methods, as well as the order that those will appear in the portal. The alteration of the parameters for the research methods are in the “Settings / Product / Form Settings” menu in the admin area of Zoox Pass Hospitality. The change in sorting is done by clicking and dragging each active search method;
- Implemented in the integration with NeoFOLS the possibility for locating reservations by the reservation number with 8 letters (locator) besides the reservation number in the PMS [Accor ];
- Implemented the filter by company in the view screen for downloads of selected report by each logged user, making it easier for Group admins to locate the selected reports for each hotel;
- Implemented in the search method of the Portal the possibility of locating the reservations acquired via the Booking.com (OTA), disregarding a / e the booking check digit, informing the hotel (present in PMS), but not informing the guest in the communication email;
- Implemented in the “Sent Emails Statistics Report” the amount of filled Guest Forms in the selected time period, allowing the comparison between emails: sent, read and clicked links;
- Implemented in the Portal (in the final page of the listing present guests in the Reservation) the possibility for the main guest to inform the email and/or the cell phone of the companions in a single modal, making it easier to fill the data for the main guest;
- Implemented in the admin area the possibility of export for later import the template spreadsheet, with the relation of all reservations, filtered by date, without email and/or mobile number informed for the guests. This will allow the spreadsheet to receive the contact informations for each guest present in the reservation (email and/or mobile) to be imported straight to the Zoox Pass Hospitality, and immediately exported to the PMS, updating instantly the data for the guests information in the reservation;
- Integration of Customer X in the admin area of Zoox Pass, allowing NPS searches with each admin user logged in the system.

- Implementation of the detailed statement view in Guest Control for the checkout payment flow through Central Pay. From now on, the guest will be able to check the consumption details presented in a grouped form in the extract presented by the hotel, detailing, for example, consumption grouped by consumption area, POS launches, etc;
- Implemented in the “Chart of SMS / Email Submissions”, of the Central Pay Control Panel, the column with the “Total SMS Submissions”, according to the selected time period;
- Inclusion of the filter “by reservation number” for the “Reservation List” screen, facilitating the search for the reservation in the process of operations in the Reservation Centers of the hotels when using the Central Pay prepayment flow.
